سياسة الإستبدال و الإسترجاع
يحق للعميل الاستبدال خلال مدة أقصاها 7
أيام و الإرجاع خلال ٣ أيام من تاريخ وصول المنتج للعميل
الشروط والضوابط:
- في حالة عدم مطابقة البيانات
التجارية للحقيقة، حيث أن هنالك اختلافاً بين ما ذكر من خصائص للمنتج قبل
الشراء حيث إن المنتج لا يصلح لما
أعلن عنه.
- إذا تضمن المنتج أو البضاعة علامة
تجارية مقلدة.
- في حالة العروض يحق للعميل إرجاع السلع
في مدة أقصاها يوم واحد و الإستبدال في غضون 3 أيام من تاريخ وصول المنتج له.
- في حالة وجود أي إستدعاء من الجهات
الرقابية ( وزارة التجارة أو هيئة الغذاء والدواء أو من الشركة المصنعة ) لأي
منتج نحن ملتزمون في إستبدال المنتج و العميل ملزم بالتجاوب و إتخاذ الإجراءات
اللازمة لتصحيحه.
- في حالة وجود خلل مصنعي من قبل الشركة الصانعة و
ذلك بعد تقييم الجهاز من قبل الفنيين لدينا و بالتنسيق مع الموزع أو الشركة
الصانعة.
- أن يكون الصنف أو المنتج بنفس حالتة
عند الشراء ومغلفاً بالغلاف الأصلي و لا بد من وجود فاتورة الشراء التي وصلت
مع الشحنة أو الموجودة من خلال الموقع.
- لا يمكن إستبدال أو إرجاع المنتجات
في حال تم فتحها أو إستخدامها من قبل العميل.
- إستلام الشحنة من شركة الشحن يعتبر
إقرارا من العميل أن الشحنة سليمة وبحالة جيدة ولم يتم فتحها قبل الإستلام.
- المشتريات المدفوعة بقسائم شرائية
أو بطاقات الائتمان أو عن طريق خدمة تقسيط المشتريات لا يمكن إرجاعها نقداً.
- لا يمكن الاستبدال او الإسترجاع
للمنتجات الطبية أو مستهلكاتها ذات الإستخدام الواحد إذا تم فتحها من عبوتها
الأصلية إلا في حالة وجود خلل مصنعي وفقاً لضوابط الشركة المصنعة. لا يمكن
إستبدال و إرجاع المنتجات المعقمة. لا يمكن الاستبدال او الإسترجاع
للمنتجات الطبية و الأدوية أو مستهلكاتها التي تشترط درجة حرارة معينة لحفظها.
- كما يشمل الاستبدال أو الإسترجاع كل
المنتجات و الأصناف في الموقع بإستثناء ( أجهزة التنفس و مستهلكاتها, منتجات
العناية بالجروح, السرنحات و المحاقن, و أي منتج يحتاج للتخزين وفق ضوابط
الشركة المصنعة, الكمامات الطبية المعقمة,ضمادات الجروح و الشاش المعقم,الحفائظ
و الملابس الواقية الداخلية و منتجات العناية الشخصية, و مواد سلس البول)
Exchange and Return Policy
The customer has the
right to exchange within a maximum period of 7 days and return within 3 days
from the date of arrival of the product to the customer
Terms and Conditions:- In the event that the commercial data do not match the truth,
as there is a difference between what was mentioned about the
characteristics of the product before buying, as the product is not
suitable for what was advertised.
- If the product or merchandise includes a counterfeit trademark.
- In the case of offers, the customer has the right to return the
goods within a maximum period of one day and exchange within 3 days from
the date of arrival of the product to him.
- In the event of any summons from the regulatory authorities
(the Ministry of Commerce, the Food and Drug Authority or the
manufacturer) for any product, we are committed to replacing the product
and the customer is obligated to respond and take the necessary measures
to correct it.
- In the event of a manufacturing defect by the manufacturer,
after evaluating the device by our technicians and in coordination with
the distributor or manufacturer.
- The item or product must be in the same condition when
purchased and wrapped in the original cover. The purchase invoice that
arrived with the shipment or is available through the website must be
present.
- Products cannot be exchanged or returned if they have been
opened or used by the customer.
- Receipt of the shipment from the shipping company is an
acknowledgment from the customer that the shipment is in good condition
and has not been opened before receipt.
- Purchases paid with vouchers, credit cards or through the
Purchase Installment Service cannot be returned for cash.
- It is not possible to replace or return medical products or
their single-use consumables if they are opened from their original
packaging, except in the case of a manufacturing defect in accordance with
the manufacturer's controls. Sterilized products cannot be exchanged or
returned. Medical products and medicines or their consumables that require
a certain temperature to be stored cannot be exchanged or returned.
- The replacement or return also includes all products and items
on the site, except for (respirators and their consumables, wound care
products, syringes and syringes, and any product that needs to be stored
according to the manufacturer’s regulations, sterile medical masks, wound
dressings and sterile gauze, Diapers and protective clothing). Underwear
